We take the protection of your data very seriously and treat your data confidentially. This applies to the "FitMix App" available in the Apple App Store. We do not collect your personal information. We collect:
- the first three octets of your IP address - we will NOT be able to locate your precise location
- the date and time you completed a workout
- the trainer id and the id of the workout
- workout duration and completion time
- subscriber status
- device model
- iOS version
- app version
- the date you installed the app
The purpose of this is exclusively for analytics to understand user experience on the platform, but is not linked to your identity. This information will persist for as long as the app remains available.
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the app. You can use standard uninstalling processes that can be offered as part of your mobile device.
Downloading and installing the FitMix App may require prior registration with the Apple App Store. In this process, Apple collects, processes, and use personal data over which we have no control and which may not be in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The responsible party in this respect is solely the operator of the respective App Store. If necessary, please inform yourself directly at the respective App Store provider.
FitMix App partially links to external web sites. As soon as these links are accessed, you are leaving the offer/service of FitMix App and the (retrievable) data protection provisions of the external link/offer apply.
FitMix App uses AdMob to help support the app. Google may use the information that it obtains via the third party cookies, web beacons, and other technologies used in connection with Admob in accordance with its advertising Privacy Policies.
